Anna Lindberg (SWE) - 8th place
On her injuries:
"This is only my second competition since last March due to my injured back I need to attend more competitions to recover."
On her plan for the 2008 Olympic Games:
"Today I lowered the DD of my first dive (105B, DD of 2.4) because of my injury. I'm going to go for 107B in the Olympics."
Christina Loukas (USA) - 4th place
On her mental preparation for a dive:
"Focus. I simply try to focus, and to fully concentrate on my dive."
On being consistent in her dives:
"I would say my consistency simply derives from a ton of practice. The more I practice, the more consistency I develop with my dives."
On what inspires her:
"I have been diving since I was ten years old. I always thought the sport was amazing, and that really is what drives me to be the best diver I can possibly be."
On her overall performance:
"I am completely satisfied with the way I executed my dives today, I feel like I gave a good performance."
On how today's event will help her prepare for the Olympics:
"Today's event has given me a confidence boost. The way I performed lets me know that I can compete in the Olympic Games. I am excited about the event, and I will definitely do my very best "
Laura Sanchez (MEX) - 5th place
On her last dive (5152B, DD 3.0, scoring 61.50, she was in 3rd place before this dive):
"I had some technical problems with that dive, because I was too nervous."
On the Mexican diving team's strong showing in this World Cup:
"We are improving after some intensive training, and our best coaches are now working together to guide us."
On her expectations for the 2008 Olympic Games:
"I will go for a medal, but it will be difficult since the Chinese divers are too strong."
Blythe Michaela Hartley (CAN) -6th place
On her performance:
"I'm fairly satisfied with my performance. I was a bit disappointed with the dive I missed. It was a really competitive final."
On Chinese divers:
"They are very strong and are superb. It's great to watch them."
On her expectations for the 2008 Olympic Games:
"I'll mainly focus on training and improving the quality of my dives."
Jennifer Abel (CAN)-11th place
On her performance:
"I'm quite satisfied with my performance, since this is my first international competition. I'm very proud of myself for obtaining an Olympic qualification for my country."
On the venue:
"It's the most beautiful venue I've ever been to. The springboard is good."
On her consistent entry:
"I don't know whether or not I have a good sense on the entry. I still need to work on it."
