We will cover fifty (50) percent cost of room and board (double room only)up to 12 persons per team, including coaches and judges for five (5) days. (Two (2) officials maximum with each team). Any cost out of the above mentioned financial conditions will be taken by your federation.

Hotel full board Rate:

Standard room, US$ 130 for single occupancy, US$ 100 for double occupancy(perperson per night 3 meals included).

Hotel for the participants:

Accommodation Reservation Policy

Guests may start to reserve their accommodation from 20 November 2007.

1) The Organizing Committee will make a tentative hotel allocation according to room availability on the basis of “first come, first served”, and will notify the guests of their reservation by fax or e-mail.

2) Room reservation may only be confirmed when it comes with a deposit of 40% of the total price. The deposit must be remitted within 15 days after the Organizing Committee issues the acknowledgement of accommodation reservation.

3) Any cancellation before 20 December 2007 will be accepted without any loss of the deposit. Any cancellation between 20 December 2007 and 19 January 2008 will result in loss of 25% of the full price of the cancelled rooms to be deducted from the deposit. Any cancellation after 20 January, 2008, the deposit of the cancelled rooms will not be refund.

4) Reservation request made after 20 January 2008 will not be guaranteed. The Organizing Committee will make the best effort to find appropriate accommodation for the teams according to room availability.

5) Guests shall settle the balance payment upon check-in after arriving in Beijing.

6) Guests shall make the best effort to provide the Organizing Committee, no later than January 31, 2008, with detailed guest information including name list, flight/train numbers and arrival time to facilitate the Organizing Committee to make room allotment and transportation arrangement.
